Dream Big, and Let Us Make It Happen
Every organization depends on reliable, efficient processes. This course, Process Improvement, equips professionals with a pragmatic toolkit to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and deliver measurable performance gains. Through a combination of proven methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA), hands-on tools, and change management practices, participants will learn to diagnose process issues, design targeted improvements, and embed controls that sustain results.
1. Map end-to-end processes and distinguish value-add from waste using standard mapping techniques.
2. Define, collect, and analyze process performance metrics (cycle time, throughput, yield) to establish baselines.
3. Use root-cause tools (5 Whys, fishbone, Pareto) to prioritize the highest-impact problems.
4. Apply Lean and Six Sigma techniques to design and pilot process changes and small-scale experiments.
5. Create implementation and control plans, including dashboards and audit checks, to sustain improvements.
1. Operations managers responsible for daily process performance.
2. Process engineers and process designers.
3. Quality assurance and quality engineering managers.
4. Continuous improvement leads or Lean/Six Sigma practitioners.
