Dream Big, and Let Us Make It Happen
This five-day course teaches practical analysis tools for solving operational and product problems. You will learn structured methods to find root causes, test hypotheses, and create effective corrective actions. The course emphasizes hands-on practice with real examples and data. These skills help reduce repeat failures, shorten resolution time, and improve decision quality.
1. Write clear, measurable problem statements and define containment and target metrics.
2. Apply root-cause techniques (5 Whys, fishbone) and validate causes with evidence.
3. Use data and visual tools (Pareto, control charts, basic statistics) to prioritize issues and test hypotheses.
4. Design, test, and document corrective and preventive actions with owners, timelines, and measurable checks.
5. Facilitate short problem-solving sessions and produce concise reports that support decision-making.
