Introduction
This 35-day Organizational Development Executive Mini Master develops advanced knowledge and practical skills required to improve organizational effectiveness, strengthen workplace culture and support sustainable organizational growth.
The program focuses on culture development, leadership models, change models, performance systems, organizational assessment and talent management. Participants will learn how to analyze organizational needs, develop effective cultures, support leadership capability, manage change initiatives, improve performance systems and develop talent strategies.
Through practical frameworks, organizational development models, case studies and applied projects, participants will develop the ability to diagnose organizational challenges, design improvement initiatives and support long-term organizational effectiveness.
The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the organizational development concepts and tools learned throughout the Mini Master to analyze a real organizational development challenge and develop a structured improvement plan.
