Introduction

Organizations that can accurately assess their structure, culture, processes and capabilities gain a decisive advantage when designing effective interventions. This course, "Organizational Development - Organization Assessment," equips practitioners with a pragmatic, model-driven approach to diagnose organizational health, prioritize opportunities, and design measurable change initiatives. Through a blend of frameworks, tools, and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to convert assessment findings into actionable plans that deliver sustainable performance improvement.

Objectives

1. Apply a structured assessment framework to diagnose strengths, gaps and sources of performance loss.
2. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from interviews, surveys, org charts and process maps.
3. Map roles, accountabilities and decision rights to reveal duplication, gaps and bottlenecks.
4. Prioritize improvement options using impact, cost and implementation-risk criteria.
5. Produce and present a concise, evidence-based assessment report and a phased implementation roadmap.
