Executive Master in Strategic Finance and Business Leadership

Course Information

Introduction

This five-day course shows how to set and execute strategy across multiple countries. It focuses on practical tools for market selection, entry mode, global product strategy, and operating models. You will apply frameworks to real cases and leave with templates you can use back at work. The course addresses the hard trade-offs between local adaptation and global scale. Geopolitical shifts, supply-chain disruption, and tighter regulation make those trade-offs critical now.

Objectives

1. Evaluate international market opportunities and choose an entry mode (export, JV, acquisition, greenfield) using strategic and financial criteria.
2. Create a 3-year country portfolio plan that allocates resources, sets targets, and sequences market moves.
3. Design a go-to-market approach that reconciles global standards with local product, pricing, and channel requirements.
4. Build a governance and operating model with clear decision rights, reporting lines, and KPIs for managing cross-border activities.
5. Identify top political, regulatory, and supply-chain risks and produce actionable contingency and mitigation plans.

Who Should Attend?

1. Corporate strategy directors and strategy managers working on international growth.
2. Heads of international business development and M&A.
