- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.

Tools and techniques for assessing team performance and dynamics (e.g., SWOT analysis, team surveys).
Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth within teams.
Understanding the impact of leadership styles on team behavior and outcomes.
Case study analysis: Lessons from successful team development programs.


Day 3:
Facilitating Effective Group Coaching Sessions

Structuring and planning group coaching sessions for maximum impact.
Techniques for fostering engagement and participation in group settings.
Managing group dynamics: Addressing resistance, conflict, and disengagement.
Practical exercise: Role-playing a group coaching session with feedback.


Day 4:
Building High-Performing Teams

Strategies for enhancing communication and collaboration within teams.
Promoting psychological safety and trust as cornerstones of team success.
Leveraging diversity and inclusion to drive innovation and creativity.
Developing action plans for sustained team improvement.


Day 5:
Measuring Impact and Navigating Challenges
