Introduction

Primavera Program Management enables organisations to coordinate multiple related projects under a single programme to achieve strategic objectives, optimise resources, and improve governance. The software provides programme managers with powerful tools for planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and controlling complex programmes while maintaining visibility across all project activities.

This five-day course provides practical training in Primavera Program Management, covering programme structure, project integration, scheduling, resource coordination, progress monitoring, risk management, and executive reporting. Through hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios, participants will develop the skills required to manage programmes efficiently and support informed strategic decision-making.

1. Navigate the Primavera Program Management environment and configure programme structures to support organisational objectives.
2. Develop integrated programme schedules by coordinating multiple projects, milestones, and dependencies.
3. Monitor programme performance using dashboards, progress updates, resource analysis, and key performance indicators.
4. Apply programme governance practices, including risk management, issue tracking, change control, and executive reporting.
5. Produce professional programme reports and portfolio summaries that support senior management decision-making.
