Introduction
This 45-day Executive Project Management Executive Master develops advanced knowledge and practical skills required to lead complex projects, improve project governance and achieve strategic project outcomes.
The program focuses on project strategy, governance, stakeholder management, project risk, leadership, reporting, project closure and portfolio management fundamentals. Participants will learn how to align projects with organizational objectives, establish effective governance structures, manage stakeholders, control risks, lead project teams, improve reporting and support successful project delivery.

The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the executive project management concepts and tools learned throughout the Master to analyze a real organizational project challenge and develop a structured improvement plan.
