Course Information

Introduction

This 35-day Executive Leadership Executive Mini Master develops advanced leadership knowledge and practical skills required to lead organizations, influence people and manage complex leadership challenges effectively.

The program focuses on leadership strategy, coaching skills, conflict management, communication strategy, change leadership and negotiation skills. Participants will learn how to develop strategic leadership approaches, coach individuals and teams, manage conflicts, communicate with impact, lead organizational change and negotiate effectively.

Through practical leadership frameworks, case studies, executive exercises and applied projects, participants will develop the ability to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve organizational alignment and create positive impact within their organizations.

The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the executive leadership concepts and tools learned throughout the Mini Master to analyze a real organizational leadership challenge and develop a structured improvement plan.
