Course Information

Introduction

Practical Microsoft Word training focused on everyday document tasks. You will learn to build structured, consistent, and efficient documents. The course uses short demonstrations and hands-on exercises with real examples. After five days you will work faster and produce clearer documents.

Objectives

1. Create multi-section reports using styles, headings, section breaks, and an automated table of contents.
2. Apply and manage templates, themes, and styles to enforce consistent formatting across documents.
3. Format complex content: tables, charts, columns, images, and advanced layout controls for print and digital output.
4. Prepare and run mail merge for personalized letters, labels, and bulk emails, including data source setup and troubleshooting.
5. Automate repetitive tasks with Find & Replace, Quick Parts, fields, and basic macros to reduce manual editing time.
