Introduction

This five-day program teaches senior leaders how to prevent and resolve organizational conflict. It combines practical frameworks, role‑play, and real-case clinic work. Participants leave with repeatable methods for diagnosing disputes, conducting mediations, and restoring team focus. The emphasis is on restoring performance and protecting stakeholder relationships amid cross‑functional complexity and ambiguity.

Objectives

1. Diagnose the root causes of team and interdepartmental conflicts using a structured assessment process.
2. Lead and facilitate mediation sessions that move parties from positions to interests and produce clear next steps.
3. Use negotiation techniques to achieve durable agreements under time and resource constraints.
4. Create a written conflict response plan that defines escalation paths, decision authority, and timelines.
5. Coach direct reports and peers to reduce recurring conflicts and sustain improved team performance.
