Introduction

This 25-day Event Management Executive Diploma develops the knowledge and practical skills required to plan, organize and manage successful events from concept development to final execution.

The program introduces participants to event planning principles, logistics management, vendor coordination and on-site event control. Participants will learn how to structure event plans, manage resources, coordinate suppliers, handle operational challenges and ensure effective event delivery.

Through practical frameworks, case studies and applied exercises, participants will develop the ability to manage events professionally, control operational details and improve event outcomes. The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the event management concepts and tools learned throughout the diploma to analyze a real event management challenge and develop an improvement plan.
