Digital transformation starts with mindset, not just technology. This five-day course teaches how to spot value, make informed choices, and move teams from ideas to measurable results. You will practice simple frameworks, run real-world exercises, and plan pilots you can implement right away. The focus is practical: align people, data, and processes so digital work delivers outcomes.
