Introduction

This five-day course shows how to choose and use competitive models to make better strategic decisions. You will learn to diagnose industry structure, map competitor positions, and design defensible moves. Sessions combine short lectures, case work, and applied tools you can use back on the job. The focus is on clear, testable recommendations, not theory alone.
