Introduction

Leaders get results largely through how they communicate. This course teaches concrete tools for briefing teams, giving feedback, running meetings, and managing conflict. Sessions focus on practical practice and immediate application. You will leave with methods you can use in the next workweek.

1. Run meetings and briefings that end with clear decisions, named owners, and agreed deadlines.
2. Write emails, updates, and proposals that prompt action and reduce follow-up questions.
3. Give structured feedback and coaching conversations that change behavior while preserving working relationships.
4. Prepare and deliver short presentations that align stakeholders around outcomes, options, and risks.
5. Manage difficult conversations and conflicts using a step-by-step de-escalation and problem-solving approach.
