Introduction

Markets are changing as platform players, new pricing models and shifting customer behaviors open space for disruption. This course teaches how to find those openings and turn them into viable business models. You will practice structured approaches to design, prototype and validate disruptive offerings. The format combines case studies, hands-on labs and peer review so you leave with concrete next steps.

Objectives

1. Identify specific disruption vectors in your market and map the customer jobs and constraints they exploit.
2. Design a coherent disruptive business model that links value proposition, pricing, channels and unit economics.
3. Build and run rapid experiments to validate key assumptions, with clear metrics and decision criteria.
4. Produce a 90-day validation plan with resource estimates, KPIs and go/no-go triggers.
5. Prepare a concise, investment-ready pitch and implementation roadmap for stakeholders.
